The Problem

Qatar's restaurant owners are paying 15–19% of every delivery order to third-party aggregators — money that never comes back.

On top of commissions, these platforms hold your customer data hostage. You never know who ordered from you, what they liked, or how to bring them back. Your brand is buried inside someone else's app, your pricing is dictated by their rules, and one algorithm change can wipe out your visibility overnight. Qore was built to end that dependency entirely.

The Solution

Qore is a complete, commission-free food delivery ecosystem — four fully connected apps that work together to replace every function a third-party aggregator currently handles, while giving you 100% ownership of your customers, your data, and your brand.

Every order placed through Qore goes directly to your kitchen. Every customer who orders becomes your customer. Every riyal they spend stays with your business. The platform is white-label, meaning it runs under your brand name, not ours.

And every restaurant that joins Qore receives a free branded website and a free web ordering portal — so your customers can order from any browser without downloading anything.

Free Website & Web Ordering

Every restaurant that joins Qore gets a fully branded website and a web-based ordering portal at no extra cost. Customers can browse your menu, place orders, and pay — all from any browser on any device, with no app download required.

The web ordering experience mirrors the mobile app: live menu with dietary filters, secure card payments, order tracking, and loyalty rewards. It is fully responsive and carries your restaurant's colors, name, and identity — not a generic marketplace listing.

This means your restaurant is reachable across every channel — mobile app, web browser, WhatsApp, and QR code — all feeding orders into the same kitchen system, with the same zero-commission model.

Customer App

The Customer App is where your guests order directly from you — no intermediary, no commission taken, no customer data shared with a marketplace. Every person who signs up belongs to your restaurant, not to a platform.

Customers browse a dynamic menu with real-time dietary filters — vegan, gluten-free, calorie counts, and more. They can save favourite items, reorder with one tap, apply promo codes, and pay securely via card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Multi-branch support means a customer near your second location automatically sees that branch's menu and delivery range.

Push notifications let you send promotions and flash deals directly to your customers' phones — for free. No sponsored listings, no bidding. You decide when and what to communicate. The app also supports Arabic and English, and adapts its layout automatically based on the customer's language preference.

Customers can track their rider on a live map from the moment the order is dispatched to the moment it arrives. They can also call the rider or the restaurant directly through the app, with voice calling built in.

Takeaway App & QR Table Ordering

The Takeaway App manages every walk-in, car pickup, and QR-based table order from a dedicated interface built for front-of-house speed. During high-volume lunch and dinner rushes, staff see all active orders in a clear queue — no order is missed, no ticket gets lost in a paper pile.

Customers dining in or waiting for collection can scan a QR code placed at their table or at the counter. The QR opens the ordering portal directly on their phone — they browse, add to cart, and pay without waiting for a staff member. The order lands in the kitchen immediately, with the table number or collection slot attached.

Car takeaway is also supported. Customers arriving for curbside collection receive a notification when their order is ready and can signal their arrival through the app, so staff know which order to bring out and when. This eliminates queues at the counter and speeds up turnaround during peak hours.

Every takeaway and dine-in transaction is commission-free. Whether the order comes from an app, a web browser, a QR code, or WhatsApp — the margin stays with your restaurant.

Admin App

The Admin App is the control center for your entire operation. It runs on both mobile and web, so your management team can oversee everything from the restaurant floor or remotely — with full visibility across all branches from a single login.

Live order management lets your team accept, assign, and track every order in real time. The kitchen receives orders the moment they are placed, with no lag, no phone calls, and no relay through a third-party system. Automatic rider assignment with manual override means deliveries are dispatched efficiently, and any exception can be handled immediately.

The Admin App also covers inventory and purchasing. Stock levels update automatically as items are sold, low-stock alerts fire before you run out, and purchase orders can be raised and sent to suppliers directly from the app. Waste tracking gives you a clear picture of where product is being lost.

Staff management is built in — attendance tracking with clock-in and clock-out, automated payroll calculation based on actual hours worked, and shift scheduling across multiple branches. The built-in Point of Sale handles walk-in sales with offline capability, so the till keeps working even if the internet drops.

Analytics and reporting give you revenue by branch, top-selling items, peak hours, customer retention rates, and promotion performance — the data your aggregator never shared with you, now yours by default. An AI-powered insights layer sits on top of this data, surfacing patterns and recommending actions in plain language.

Promotion management lets you create promo codes, flash sales, and targeted discounts and push them to your customers instantly. You control the terms, the duration, and the audience — no platform fees, no approval process.

Rider App

Your delivery riders use a purpose-built app that keeps them connected to the operation from pickup to drop-off. New delivery offers appear on their screen the moment an order is assigned — they accept in one tap and get turn-by-turn directions to the customer.

Customers see their rider's live location on a map throughout the entire delivery journey. Riders and customers can reach each other through an in-app voice call without sharing personal phone numbers, protecting both sides. All call and location data is logged, so disputes are easy to resolve.

The Rider App tracks each driver's delivery history and earnings, gives them a clear view of their completed and upcoming assignments, and handles attendance clock-in so payroll flows automatically through the Admin App. Managers can see all active riders and their positions on a map from the admin side at any time.

No Riders? No Problem

Not every restaurant has its own delivery fleet — and that is no longer a barrier to running commission-free delivery with Qore.

Qore has partnered with Rafeeq, a last-mile delivery service operating in Qatar, to give restaurants access to an on-demand rider network directly through the platform. When an order comes in and you have no available riders, Rafeeq picks it up — your customer still gets their food, the order still goes through your branded system, and you still pay zero commission to an aggregator.

This also works as overflow coverage during high-volume periods. If your own riders are at capacity on a busy Friday evening, Rafeeq's fleet absorbs the extra demand automatically, so no orders are delayed and no customers are turned away. The switch between your riders and Rafeeq's network happens through the same Admin App, with no separate platform to manage.

Whether you are a small restaurant just getting started with direct delivery, or an established operation that needs backup capacity at peak times, the Rafeeq integration means delivery is always available — on your terms, under your brand, without paying a cut to a marketplace.

WhatsApp Ordering Bot

Qore includes a fully automated WhatsApp ordering bot that handles customer orders conversationally — in English, Arabic, Urdu, or whichever language your customer writes in. Customers message your restaurant's WhatsApp number and the bot takes care of the rest: showing the menu, handling item selection, applying promo codes, collecting delivery addresses, and processing payment through a secure link.

The bot connects directly to your live menu in real time. When an item sells out, the bot stops offering it automatically. When you run a promotion, the bot reflects it immediately. Orders placed through WhatsApp land in the same kitchen queue as orders from the app — nothing gets handled separately.

Smart features include abandoned cart recovery, where the bot sends a gentle nudge to customers who started ordering but did not complete checkout. Returning customers are recognized by their phone number, and the bot can suggest their favourite items or remind them of an ongoing promotion. Dietary questions — calorie counts, allergen information, vegan options — are answered automatically without staff involvement.

During a high-volume dinner rush, the WhatsApp bot handles simultaneous conversations with dozens of customers without any additional staffing cost. Every order it processes is commission-free and the customer's contact data is yours.

Where the Margin Comes Back

A restaurant processing QAR 100,000 in monthly delivery orders through an aggregator loses between QAR 15,000 and QAR 19,000 in commission every month. That is money that funds the aggregator's infrastructure, not yours.

With Qore, that commission is eliminated. The same order volume, processed through your own branded platform, keeps every riyal within your operation. There are no per-order fees, no listing fees, and no charges for running promotions to your own customers.

The gains compound during high-volume operations. When your kitchen is processing 300 orders on a Friday evening, every transaction running through Qore rather than an aggregator is 15–19% more profitable than it would otherwise be. The platform handles the volume without additional commission cost, no matter how busy you get.

Beyond the direct commission saving, owning your customer data means you can run targeted re-engagement campaigns at near-zero cost — a push notification to lapsed customers, a promo code to your top spenders, or a seasonal offer to everyone in a specific area. These channels are free to use within Qore and replace expensive sponsored placement inside aggregator apps.

What You Own With Qore

Your customer database — every phone number, order history, and preference, stored in your own system, never shared with a competitor restaurant on the same platform.

Your loyalty program — points, rewards, and repeat-purchase incentives that bring customers back to you directly, not to a marketplace.

Your pricing — no minimum order rules, no commission adjustments, no platform-mandated discounts. You set your prices and your delivery fee.

Your operations data — real-time dashboards covering revenue, kitchen performance, rider efficiency, stock levels, staff attendance, and promotion ROI. All in one place, always available, and never filtered through a third party before it reaches you.

Your brand — your restaurant's name, colors, and identity across the Customer App, the web ordering portal, the WhatsApp bot, and every communication customers receive. No co-branding with an aggregator, no generic listing page.

Outcome

Restaurants running on Qore operate with zero delivery commission, direct customer relationships, and full operational visibility from a single dashboard. Orders move from customer to kitchen without passing through a third-party system, mistakes fall, and delivery times improve.

The ecosystem grows with the restaurant. Whether you open a second branch, add a new ordering channel, or expand your delivery radius, Qore's multi-branch architecture handles it without additional per-location licensing or renegotiating aggregator terms. Every channel — app, web, WhatsApp, QR — is already included.

The result is a restaurant that competes on its own terms, earns its full margin, and builds a customer base that belongs to it — not to a platform that could change its terms tomorrow.
