Challenge
Restaurants operating in Qatar’s food delivery market face increasing pressure from third-party aggregators charging commission rates between 15–19%, severely reducing already thin profit margins.
Beyond commissions, aggregators limit branding control and restrict access to customer and offer data, preventing restaurants from building direct relationships or running personalized marketing. This dependency weakens customer loyalty, forces restaurants into expensive sponsored placements, and leaves them vulnerable to rule changes controlled by third-party platforms. As a result, growth slows, margins shrink, and long-term sustainability is put at risk.
Solution
The platform consists of four fully integrated white-label apps: a Customer App for seamless ordering, loyalty rewards, and personalized menus; a Takeaway App to manage and process incoming orders efficiently; an Admin App that centralizes orders, inventory, staff scheduling, and business insights; and a Rider App that powers delivery with real-time tracking, optimized routing, and direct communication.
Core features include dynamic menu customization with dietary filters, direct orders sent straight to the kitchen for faster service, secure multi-payment support (Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), push notifications for promotions and order updates, real-time tracking, and both doorstep and car takeaway integration. Together, these components create a seamless operational flow while giving restaurants full control over pricing, data, and customer experience.
